Should it not be possible to provide the video of your flight, for example, in the event of equipment or aircraft failure, Herefordshire Aero Club reserves the right to offer a full refund of the cost of the Flight Video only.
Consent to filming of the video implies consent to share contact details with our media partner who will compile, edit and email the video to yourself.
Personal details will not be sold or shared with any other party and will be held within the regulations set out in the Data Protection Act on GDPR.
